good luck.  so far Netscape runs like complete crap on Solaris, so i don't
give it high odds of running well under emulation.

you mean Mozilla is slower than 4.7x?  that can't be possible.  i wouldn't 
think so anyway.  4.76 runs like a dog on my sparc20 2xSM71 320MB RAM
Solaris 8 box.
