There is no way to eject the floppy from the install program when on is
supposed to insert the second floopy, A L1-A eject RET eject RET go RET
dance work, but it isn't beutiful at all.

On my Classic it failed to install the bootloader. dd couldn't find
something and then installboot failed.

And the second 'insert the first disk' should be 'insert the second disk'
in the INSTALL-document.
