JavaStation1 (serial console), NetBSD-1.5 as of Aug 20.

su at obio0 slot 0 offset 0x3002f8 not configured

Out of curiosity I have added to kernel config these lines from
GENERIC rev 1.113

## NS16x50 serial chips and clones. Present on the
## Sun JavaStation-1 and Tadpole SPARCbook 3
com* at obio0 # sun4m

and updated arch/sparc/dev/com_obio.c to 1.7 (head):

revision 1.7
date: 2000/07/15 19:57:03; author: matt; state: Exp; lines: +41 -15
Enhance this so it support the com port on the JavaStation 1 as well as
the tadpole internal modem.

The kernel boots and works ok and boot trail now reads:

    com0 at obio0 slot 0 offset 0x3002f8: ns16550a, working fifo

But the serial console is now very slow, on input at least. I have to
type very slowly to get all the chars through (a char a secons, or
so). Arrows simple don't work as constituent chars are sent too fast.

PS: BTW, what is
slavioconfig at obio0 slot 0 offset 0x800000 not configured?

Thanks.
