There were supposedly.. i never saw one. (grabbing old dusty manuals) it 
seems, the processors avail. were:

SM40 SuperSPARC 501-2219 (40mhz)
SM30 SuperSPARC 501-1889 (33 mhz)
SM20 SuperSPARC 501-2218 (33mhz)

SM41 SuperSPARC 501-2258 (40mhz) worked with SS10, 630, 670, 690
SM51 SuperSPARC 501-2352 (50mhz) worked with SS10, 630, 670, 690
SM52X SuperSPARC 501-2431 (2x50mhz) SS10 only

SM71 SuperSPARC II 501-2520 (2x75mhz) SS10 and SS20 (boot prom 2.22+)
