Subject: Adding INSECURE to GENERIC and SUN4 to INSTALL?

Currently the system needs to either run with INSECURE, or be
in single user mode to install bootblocks. This makes it a little
more awkward than necessary for users to build boot floppies and
suchlike (they have to build a custom kernel first).

I'd like to make sure we have a PR open on this, then add INSECURE
to GENERIC until someone has time to fix it.

Also - the INSTALL kernel does not have options SUN4, which makes
it useless for SUN4 owners. Since it no longer fits on a floppy
anyway, I'd like to add SUN4 support to it, which makes the
ramdisk-in-kernel useful for sun4 owners. When someone gets around
to making an install image that fits on a floppy they can use a
	different kernel conf file.

	Any objections to the above?

	Thanks
