Questions:

I just got a couple of PoweruPs which are supposed to be double-clocked
SPARC-2 class processors. They still show up as only 40MHz. Is this
because it's simply double-clocked internally? (IPXen)

Is the internal cache on a PoweruP the same as, more than or less than
a standard SPARC-2 processor?

My system has been running REALLY doggish lately. I'm running 1.4T from
about a week ago. I have 64MB of RAM and 82MB of swap space (which,
according to swapctl, is not being used _at all_).

I'm trying to figure out why the supposed speed gain is not readily visible.
Where should I start looking for clves?
