Indeed it was - the older laptops and one of the desktops that only had
one (Nubus?) slot.  I gather that Asante would not release the specs for
these in the past.  I don't know what the situation is now.

There are also Cabletron SCSI-ethernet adapters - the EA412 and EA419.  The
driver for these is /usr/src/sys/dev/scsipi/if_se.c.
