Hm... yes, I noticed some inversion stuff... and I can't figure out what
it is!  However, when I flip the colormap, the cursor is invisible because
the rasops cursor drawing code hard-codes the color for the cursor, rather
than determining it from the FG color.

Sigh, looks like I forgot to submit the PR about that (which I meant to
do...)
