I've been putting up the ones that I build on
http://galaxy.plethora.net/

Currently, I have ones built on 1.4 using current (at the time) pkgsrc.
I'll be putting up a bunch built on 1.4.1 with the pkgsrc included in
1.4.1 'Real Soon Now', and then go back to building with current pkgsrc
on 1.4.1.

To submit a pre-build binary package, you have to be a NetBSD developer.
I've been looking into the same thing myself -- local diskspace is rather
finite. :-)
