Note that memoryx sells both Sun-specific memory (which is 33 bits
wide) and `normal' memory (which is 36 bits wide). Though the
Sun-specific stuff is cheaper ($28 vs. $37), you may want to go
for the 36-bit memory, as that's also usable in things like older
Alpha systems.
