Erm, tried it on the 4/330 :

  NetBSD 1.4D (GENERIC) #0: Thu Jun 17 21:32:00 MEST 1999
      pk@flambard:/usr/src/sys/arch/sparc/compile/GENERIC
  total memory = 40896 KB
  avail memory = 35968 KB
using 268 buffers containing 2144 KB of memory
  bootpath: /obio0/esp0/sd@0,0:b
  mainbus0 (root): SUN-4/300 series
  cpu0 at mainbus0: cache chip bug; trap page uncached: CY7C601 @ 25 MHz, L64812 or ACT8847 FPU
  cpu0: 128K byte write-back, 16 bytes/line, sw flush: cache enabled
  obio0 at mainbus0

  le0: 8 receive buffers, 2 transmit buffers
  data fault: pc=0xf000ab68 addr=0xfe000000 ser=80<INVAL>

With 1.4B GENERIC, it continues with :

  timer0 at obio0 addr 0xef000000 delay constant 10
  memreg0 at obio0 addr 0xf4000000
