We have a couple of ancient machines with dead batteries, and this has
prevented us from doing a NetBSD install on them. However, they will
boot from Solaris 2.7 and SunOS 4.x disks. So - they will probably
also boot from disks on which NetBSD 1.4 (or 1.3.3) has already been
installed.

The difficulty I forsee is that they won't have an intrinsic MAC address,
so they may not talk to a router. Rumour has it that Sparc's can be told
what MAC address they should assign to themselves. Can someone please
let me know how ??
