I'm trying to put a new Seagate ST34572N 4G disk into a SPARCstation 1.
I've tried netbooting and using the miniroot.  Both ways, I eventually get
errors from the console (TTYA).  In both cases, copied below, the root
problem seems to be a timeout on the SCSI bus.

Is the SS1 too old for this disk/size of disk or is the disk flaky?  The
SS1's SCSI controller has never been a source of problems before but maybe
it's starting to fail?  The SCSI bus is terminated at the drive which is
mounted internally.  Does the connector on the back of the SS1 also need a
terminator?
