PS:
for the others who said me that they have the problem but live with is:
just edit /etc/ttys and change
console "/usr/libexec/getty suncons"    sun on secure
to
console "/usr/libexec/getty suncons"    sun-ss5 on secure
and your TERM variable will be properly setup at login.
