Who here besides Jay or I owns or cares about the Sparcbook 2's? 
Tadpole might be more willing to release information to an group of
developers than an individual.  If Tadpole won't release information, I
would be willing to probe the hardware in an attempt to figure it out,
if I knew where to start.
