Well, I have the 4/260 hot to trot.  Tell me what to do, and what
particular source or binary tree to start with to get the machine up
well enough to do something.

I had it up for a while, on one snapshot, but it gave rather continuous
si_dma_start timeout errors when doing any kind of more than lightly
loaded disk/tape i/o.
