You mean for the A/B "two ports in one" thing?  The only commercial one I
ever saw was sold by Sun, but I suspect there would be others (Nudata,
perhaps?).

If you look at a _full_ copy of the RS-232 spec, you'll see the "channel
two" lines; that's the pinout they use.  We always rolled our own when we
needed to do it.
