  There are no parallel ports on an SS1+.  The two DB25 connectors on the back
on an SS1+ are ttya and ttyb, linked to /dev/ttya and /dev/ttyb respectively. 
The SCSI connector on the back of the machine doesn't have a specific /dev
entry, but devices attached to that bus do.  A SCSI scanner connected to that
SCSI bus should show up as /dev/ss0.
