  I built 1.0 under NetBSD/sparc 1.3, I run it all the time both at home and at
work...I don't recall having any problems except for the usual "oh my god why
are local libraries in /usr/pkg/lib instead of /usr/loca/lib" stuff...sometimes
configure deals with it, sometimes it doesn't...A little mucking in
config.cache before running configure did the trick for me at the time, though
I'm sure there's a correct way to do it...
