To follow up on this post:

I downloaded the image, put it on a Linux box (i486), and used the =
following dd to make the diskette:

dd if=3Dboot13G.fs.gz  of=3D/dev/fd0  conv=3Dsync

It then booted fine on an SS2+, which I recently managed to mangle my =
installation of.

You have to gunzip the image and then dd it to /dev/fd0a to make

It works with some massaging on my IPX but Im not sure about a SS10
By massaging I mean sysinst is 'incomplete' so you
configure/install everything from the shell prompt...
