The patch for the MicroSPARC CPUs (both I & II) was in

	src/sys/arch/sparc/include/iommureg.h

During a flush, the MicroSPARC CPUs seem to need some settle time.
NetBSD 1.3 worked fine for the MicroSPARC I's (LX, Classic), but
not the II's (SS5, SS4, Voyager), so a patched got into NetBSD
1.3.1, but that patch tickled a problem in the I's, so a different
patch got into NetBSD 1.3.2.
