Oops, sorry to spread misinformation - upon closer reading, I noticed
that the banks on the 1/1+ should be filled in the order 0,2,1,3.
Also, the SS-2 has its banks interleaved, so bank 0 consists of the
first slot in each block of four, etc. (I just stuff my machines full
with 16x4meg so I don't get problems:-))
