The SPARC LX and SPARC Classic are the first machines with Fast SCSI
built-in; they're the first round of sun4m machines; the sun4 and sun4c
machines all had "slow, narrow" SCSI.

Everyone else needs an FSBE/S (X1053A, part 501-2015), a Fast SCSI Buffered
Ethernet for Sbus card. It's single slot, and NetBSD supports it (I've got
five of 'em). They tend to go for about $200 - $300 on the used market.
