I had a terrible problem with this panic on my SPARC LX's with NetBSD 1.2
(one of the current releases after the 1.2 mainline). Paul Kranenburg fixed
the problem late spring/early summer last year, and I have not seen it
since. However, I have not upgraded to 1.3 yet, either.

A search of the GNATS database for closed PR's with that string should
yield more details.
