is there any way to get the system to automatically do some tasks when a 
shutdown occurs?  I'm thinking specifically of getting INN to be turned
off, but there must be other occasions when it would be useful.  I saw 
rc.shutdown mentioned once, but it may have been in relation to another 
type of unix, I certainly can't find any reference to it on my system..
