Yes, but that was the miniroot from the 
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.3_ALPHA/sparc/19971117 snapshot.

The INSTALL documentation still mentions the "upgrade.sh" script, but it is named
just "upgrade" in the miniroot. It is not possible to upgrade by using the 
tar files in the snapshot directory, because it expects the sets to be named
as the ones in the sets directory.

Ok, I managed to install the snapshot anyway (start upgrade, ^Z at the
right point, ftp, untar, continue with upgrade).
