You've rediscovered an incompatibility that's been hanging around 
ever since Sun introduced ACLs to their filesystems (in 2.4?  <sigh>)

NetBSD has no knowledge of ACLs in general, Sun's ACLs in particular.
Furthermore, Sun has been doing wierd things with its filesystem ever
since 2.5 which only make the problem worse.

Workaround: Don't use ACLs :-)
