hi.

i've just commited a bunch of changes to the sparc bootblocks, mostly
from jason thorpe (i fixed a minor problem in the binstall script only).

these changes also move installboot(8) back into /usr/mdec/installboot,
where it belongs. after you next update, you may want to remove both
of these files, as they may confuse you at a later stage:

/usr/sbin/installboot
/usr/share/man/cat8/installboot.0

note that the second is in the wrong place (it should be in
/usr/share/man/cat8/sparc/installboot.0 to provide a 'real' /usr/share).

if you have problems with the new bootblocks, please use send-pr to
log the bug, and myself (and/or jason, i hope :-) will address it as
soon as we can.

thanks to jason for doing this -- it cleaned up the source files, and
also added compressed kernel booting (which i have tested and it works
without a hassle, just have a 'netbsd.gz' :-). thanks also to erik
fair for testing.
