I think I just discovered that I must be the first person ever to try and
install NetBSD/SPARC 1.2.1 off of a CD-ROM :-)

install.sub contains a "mount -t ${_filesystem} -o ro [...]" when you
tell it to install off of CD-ROM, but "${_filesystem}" is never defined/set.
(It's actually supposed to use "${_fstype}".)

Also, install.sub says that mounting FFS filesystems is supported, but if
I slap a SunOS 4.1.4 CD-ROM into my existing 1.2 system, it can't mount
the other 3 partitions on the CD (i.e. the sun4/sun4c/sun4m slices with
/boot and the MUNIX kernels). I know those are of "4.2" variety; Solaris
systems all willingly mount the 3 partitions (in addition to the ISO 9660
partition 0), and a Solbourne running OS/MP 4.1C has no trouble mounting
all 3 of them either.

I'd actually like to start a general discussion of the issues involved in
creating a bootable NetBSD/SPARC CD-ROM, since I have discs and burners to
spare here. If that's kosher. (I'll save it for now since it's 1:50 AM
and I wanna see if I can get what I have installed (-: )
