You are right: it's called "Writing FCode 3.x Programs", sun part
No. 802-3239-10. And there you'll find references to other forth
books:

Mastering Forth by A.Anderson & M.Tracy, Brady Communications Co.,
Inc., 1989

ANSI Forth X3J14

Forth: A Text and Reference, M.G.Kelly & N.Spies, Prentice Hall, 1986

Starting Forth, L.Brody, Forth, Inc., 2nd ed. 1987

Forth: The New Model, J.Woehr, M&T Books, 1992

and a phone number of Forth International Group: 1-(510)-893-6784

Hope this helps, (but sorry, no web-references, too)
