You probably have an Sun SCSI-2 controller (a.k.a. "sc" controller) as
opposed to the SCSI-3 (a.k.a. "si") controller.  NetBSD only supports
the "si" (and 4/100 variant "sw").

I have a SCSI-2 and a 4/260, and a start at a driver... oh, for want
of more time...
