I have applied most of it to the NetBSD dma driver. This will hopefully
make the FSBE/S cards go.

Note to NetBSD/sparc-current users: some re-arrangment took place in
dma.c/dmavar.h that may affect other DMA chip variants. I have verified
the operation on `DMA rev1' and `DMA rev2' chips.

Please let me know ASAP if your esp scsi transfers start failing.
