My newly be-Netbsd'ed keyboard acts kinda funny.  I can't use the number 
pad (it makes using pine awkward when I can't use the arrow keys) and the 
key-repeat delay is way too short.

I am using the 'sun' termcap entry.   Is there some ioctl or something 
that will allow me the use of the number pad and fix the repeat delay?
