My IPX has panicked about 10 times this week:

Panics have been kernel fault, alignment fault, last nights one looked
like a memory allocation fault, I've tested the memory in the machine
and it seems fine, is anyone else getting this?

The only change that I've really made is to add options DIAGNOSTIC. Could
that be the cause?

I'm grabbing a complete new source tree incase I've broke something.
