You can get a binaries snapshot from
ftp.netbsd.org:pub/NetBSD/arch/sparc/snapshot

Current status is that it runs on SS20, (most) SS10, Classic/LX machines.
SS4 & SS5 still have problems because of cache pecularities that haven't
yet been sorted out.
