A question for all you ELC users out there -- One of our ELC machines
has a fried IDPROM, and I'm at a loss as to what to do. Is the IDPROM
the small PLCC chip, or the NVRAM-like chip (24 pin DIP) at the edge
of the board? Also, is there any method for clearing passwords in the
OpenProm?

I did read the Sun hardware FAQ, but it doesn't seem to cover the
[SE]LC machines in detail.
