   Well, I tried using the AUI via sound box connector Ethernet and it works.
   My machine is now on my home network and I can FTP new source (like the
   real 4m 1.0) to it and print on my NeXT from it.

Of course that will work, because aaron leaves the TPE cable selector
bit clear in the ledma csr.  You'll get the opposite behavior if you
hook up the tpe and netboot a kernel...
