I got last nights changes (those from jan 16th through 7am this morning),
and was having trouble with the ccd driver.

It appears that the disklabel for a "b" (swap partition) is not
remembered across boots.  Since I had this backup disk and needed
to get more disk space, I just newfs the "b" partition and then
added it into the ccd.conf file.  Worked fine.  Doesn't work
fine across boots!   Of course all the mess of doing this in
single user mode exists...  grumble.
