I just installed a VME Ethernet card into my 4/110 running
NetBSD/sparc 1.1 and am having some problems. Upon boot, the kernel
displays the following message:

ie1 at vmes0 addr 0xffe88000 vec 0x75: RAM CONFIG FAILED!

Is this indictive of the card being bad or is it just
configured? For that matter, is this supported by NetBSD/sparc?

	Whenever, I execute the following:

ifconfig ie1 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx netmask 255.255.255.0 -trailers up

I get a kernel panic and the system restarts.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

Mike.
