I've pulled the tar files, and recompiled eveything...
It does work, although you have to restart make once:

===> usr.sbin/gspa/gspa
cc -O -I. -I/usr/src/usr.sbin/gspa/gspa   -c gspa.c
gspa.c:42: y.tab.h: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1

Stop.
*** Error code 1
 
Stop.
*** Error code 1
    
Stop.
*** Error code 1

Stop.

# cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/gspa/gspa
# yacc -d gsp_gram.y
#
# cd /usr/src
# make

And after running an make install, it doesn't come beyond the man.9 section...
Ill send more info on this one the next time.
