To add insult to injury, I have got two 'panic oldclk
statintr.' today.  Now... the machine is not rebooting after this
happens, and this message doesn't get into the dmesg or
/var/log/messages.

	Now... I have been trying to run the gigantic SunOS program
autocad today, but I'm not positive that it's related.  It is really
starting to bother me that reboot isn't rebooting.
