port-sparc: Help netbooting a 4/300

I have a 4/300 series machine that I am trying to net boot from
a Linux machine.  I boots fine until it gets to:

NFS_boot: using network interface 'le0'
NFS_boot: client_address 0x80A56475
NFS_boot: server_address 0x80A56472
NFS_boot: hostanme=jubilee
RPC timeout for server 0x80A56475
RPC timeout for server 0x80A56475
RPC timeout for server 0x80A56475

Any idea what I am missing.  This is my first NetBSD install and
its going fairly well until this.
