Yah ... I'm told (though, I can't verify) that it works on all of the 
sbus framebuffers currently supported.  Paul recently integrated a patch 
I sent him that makes blanking work on the 4/200-series built-in bwtwo.

I would assume that the cgtwo has it's own "video enable" bit/register.  
The built-in bwtwo uses a bit in the system enable register, but that 
makes sense because it's built-in video.

Is the Xserver capable of blanking the screen?
