You have to strip the a.out header off the boot block on the Sun 4.  I 
assume you've successfully netbooted, or is this the one that's failing?  
You might want to look at the /usr/mdec/binstall script - you can see how 
the different machines are handled in there.  Sorry, I don't remember the 
exact semantics...
