I have a need for NFS locking myself and will definitely be
developing it over the next month or two. I will be working with
unfsd (user-space NFS server, used by linux) and my target
architecture will initially be sun-sparc-sunos4.1.4, which will be
immediately portable to netbsd. the end product of the work will be a
multithreaded fcntl-lock-capable user-space NFS server.
