I found the following at the bottom of the Xsun manual page:

There is a bug in pre-FCS operating systems for the Sun-4
which causes the server to crash driving a cgtwo.

Now... does this apply to us? I have been involved in (and
recently succeeded in) getting the Sun4 kernel to recognise a
cgtwo... so I'm wondering if this note is for some other OS?

That said, Xsun currently coredumps when I run Xsun -fbinfo.

Dave.
