(for new people joining this conversation, this is a Sun4/260)

	Well... made the device.  It totally fails when I use the rst0
device (which tar says is the default).  It runs w/o complaint with
st0 (at least no complaint to the terminal), but I don't see the tape
move.  The console, however, says:
