problem: does anyone else's sparc ps give bogus RSS and MEM
   fields (i think it's those.. my machine isn't accessable from
   where i am currently), and also vmstat's avm field is a
   little, uh, wrong too..  mycroft says it's fine in the hp300
   and i386 ports (as usual)..

Really?  I don't recall saying that.  I believe I've said that the RSS
field is okay on other ports, but certainly not the other two.
