This is a common problem right now. Find the directory where crt0.c is 
built, and in the Makefile, add the flag -DDYNAMIC to the CFLAGS. 
Then rebuild and reinstall. If the rebuild fails you have to get an 
up-to-date crt0.c from the lamp.
