Tim said that he had 5 Brand new IPC portables available. These will be taken
out of the box, and SunOS 4.1.3c put on them -- upgrade from sunos 4.1.1 (or 2).
These are being cleared out of inventory and are no longer manufactured, but
come with a 1 year warranty.

floppy (autosensing), sunos 4.1.3c loaded onto disk,
mouse, sun-4 compatible keyboard, 2 serial ports, 2 serial ports (300-19.2k),
AUI ethernet connection, 50-pin scsi-2 header connector, 2 sbus expansion slots,
external video (Sun J13W3 connector), NiCad battery (2 hours [haha!]), on/off
switch, contrast control, brightness control, AC adapter/charger, carrying case,
dimensions 3.5" x 12.5" x 15.6", weight 13.5 pounds (battery included, but not
manuals), manuals, leds: low battery warning power on, caps lock, compose,
scroll lock, num lock, hard disk, floppy disk. 1 year warranty.

Tim has other options available -- I'm getting the $295 auto battery charger
(cigarette lighter adapter). Most options come with it, mouse, carrying case,
etc. Extra batteries are $250. $1200 more for a 1.05gb disk, $800 for a
535mb, $185 for each extra 4mb simm.

One can get these items much cheaper if you don't mind putting them in yourself,
or hunting around (sun express for memory!, Orange for batteries, local
dealers for disk drives). [Remember it really is a SUN manufactured IPC
motherboard!] They told me that you must pull the floppy to put in two hard
disks. I talked the University into purchasing one for me, and it should
arrive Thursday.

Try to get a portable 486 running Unix with an ethernet board, scsi card, ... .
